Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from www.drood.se, operated by DROOD Winery of Persia (VAT SE559337247601).

Orders and prices

All prices are in euro and include VAT. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was published in error, and we will refund you in full.

Age limit

By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in the country of delivery. We do not sell alcohol to anyone under that age.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Delivery, returns and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Return Policy. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described there.

Wine tours and tastings

Tours and tastings are booked by email at info@drood.se and paid at the winery, 350 kr per person. Participants must be 20 or older. We may reschedule or cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control and will then offer a new time.

Liability

Wine is a natural product and the taste of unfiltered wine can vary between vintages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. EU consumers keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their own country.
