Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all EU member states. Orders are packed and sent from our winery in Gemla, Sweden.

Delivery

We dispatch your order as soon as we can and email you a tracking link when it ships. If you need to know the delivery time for your country, write to info@drood.se.

Age requirement

You must be of legal drinking age to buy wine, and at least 20 years old for deliveries within Sweden. The carrier may check ID on delivery, and the parcel can only be handed to an adult.

Taxes and duties

Prices include VAT where applicable. Excise duty and VAT for the destination country are handled as shown at checkout.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, email info@drood.se within 7 days of the expected delivery date, with photos if damaged, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customers in Sweden

In Sweden our wines are sold through Systembolaget. Farm-sale purchases are made in person at the winery.
